(Reluctantly) Well is not your average wellness business.
I work with individuals and organizations who are trying to figure out how to support their well-being while recognizing we live within systems that make it hard to be well.
For individuals, I offer 1-on-1 and group yoga classes and 1-on-1 somatic coaching, all designed to help you disconnect from the busyness of the world around you so you can reconnect with your body.
Organizational offerings include a variety of presentations, workshops, trainings, and audits centered around creating a trauma-informed organization where your team can show up as their whole, authentic selves.
Come join me at the intersection of well-being and existential dread and be well, even if it’s reluctantly.

Hi, I’m Taryn!
With a background in nonprofit and higher education, Taryn has over a decade of experience developing and facilitating presentations, trainings, and workshops and in coaching individuals to meet their personal and professional goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degrees in sociology with a minor in peace and social justice studies from Berea College and has completed several graduate courses on human development from Pacific Oaks College. She also holds a Trauma-Informed Coaching certification from The Healing Centre and is completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training and somatic healing certification with My Vinyasa Practice.
The furry gentleman is Groot. He’s a pro at being well and staying unbothered, probably because he doesn’t pay bills. He constantly teaches Taryn lessons about the value of rest and play.
